Uncle Leroy's Colombia is our Bus Blend (#1-3). It is a single origin post blend that replicates a style of pan roasting. Its flavor profile is complex, fairly rustic, and as one barista put it, "well suited to Alaska."

“Colombia is the second largest producer of coffee in the world and the largest producer of washed and Arabica coffee. They are well known for their high quality coffee and about half of their exports come to the United States.”

• Cupping Notes: Fruit notes, chocolate, clean finish, bright acidity, caramel notes
