We soak green beans, which are unroasted coffee beans, in whiskey for a period of time. Then , we roast. Alcohol is burnt off during the roasting process. Coffee is non-alcoholic. Yet, the smell of whiskey is super intense and sharp, but it’s smooth to the taste. We roast to order. For Whiskey Coffee, we soak and then we roast. So, an extra day is needed for this order.

We roast on a scale from 1 - 10 so #3 denotes a medium batch.
